Returns Policy:

​At ClawaBear, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please be advised of the following terms and conditions:

  1. Responsibility for Return: The customer shall bear full responsibility for the return of the item. It is imperative that the returned item be sent using a recorded delivery service to ensure its safe arrival. ClawaBear shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return transit.

  2. Condition of Return: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all associated packaging, such as the jewellery box. Any returns that do not meet these conditions may result in a delay or refusal of the refund.

  3. Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if found to be in its original condition, ClawaBear will process a full refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that the refund will be limited to the original postage cost incurred at the time of purchase. The cost of returning the item will not be refunded.

  4. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following the receipt and inspection of the returned item. This timeframe shall not exceed 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
